Superb experience my sales manager was great

It was okay. I’ve definitely had better experiences before. The service advisor asked me what they were doing and I was anticipating them to know since I scheduled the appointment. I also didn’t get my car washed which has been done before. There was an oily hand print on the inside of my car door when I got my car back. I also didn’t receive the detailed report of my car inspection.

Was helped as soon as I arrived even though I was a little early for appointment, service was completed in half the time I was quoted which meant less time waiting. Overall excellent service.

I bought a brand new 2023 Chevy Silverado 1500. Since I have owned it I have had issues with the stereo connection, the dash display showing a collision, the right turn signal and head light. I have had it at Champion Chevrolet 3 times now to get it fixed and they have been unsuccessful even though they tell me it won't do it when they have it. I have video and photograph proof of what it is doing. On this last trip they are trying to tell me that I installed an aftermarket part under the dash. I have never touched that truck. Any and all maintenance has come from Champion Chevrolet so if there is an aftermarket part on the truck it is because they put it on there. My only next steps are to contact Champion and plead with them to make this right. If they choose not to then I will probably have to get a lawyer.

In the settings section u need more settings for the course or a different places for them to settings

My problem wasn’t fixed. I needed a new OnStar module. The service sheet said they installed and programmed the new module but it still isn’t working. I called OnStar and they had no record of the new module being programmed with them. Now I’m making a 2nd visit for a problem that was supposed to have been fixed.

I was scheduled and promised service and dropped off my car for a transmission fluid exchange and all 3 coolant lines to be flushed. I was never called to say no work was done and had to come get my car. This is poor service. On top of that the pricing is above what other Chevy dealerships say their pricing is. I would like upper management to fix this issue.

Had oil changed didn’t wait long

Quick service in and out. Only issues after air put in tire - front driver side did not have cap put back on. Thankfully I had one at home to replace it.

Our sales person Athena Powell was stellar. She did absolutely everything to see that she found the right vehicle for us and that we were happy.

Didn't check air in tires. Nitrogen caps so I'll give it a pass. No inspection report given. Didn't reset oil monitor. No car wash! Told them not to rotate tires, but car was searched for lug nut lock key.

I was scheduled for an oil change but my temperature sensor went out right before my appt. They fit that in as well and was able to get it covered under warranty. I also got my car back the same day. Awesome job!

The salesman was nice. I was disappointed in my trade in experience. I was given a good quote and it was good for 7 days, but less than 48 hours later it was lowered by more than $800. No reason why. It tainted my car buying experience as I felt like I had been cheated out of money.

Confirmation the Champion Chevy of Avon continues to be my personal "go to" for auto purchases and service. I feel compelled to share highlights of my Dec 4, 2025 visit. Sheldon Uselman greeted me at Service Department and was swift and adept taking care of the service and with great customer friendly attitude. Allison Catt, Business Development Service Dept and provider of delicious Coffee/Conversation in refreshment area. Dave Blanck is a strong winner in giving customers a sense of a desire to return & continue doing business with Champion of Avon ~ he appears appreciative & grateful with a genuine personable welcome. As I was interested in an advertised 'special' on display, Dave Blanck invited me to view the stunner on his computer and introduced me to salesman, Kaydon Lay. Kaydon Lay drove it to front door for me to "view in person" showed me the bells and whistles invited me to take test drive, then we went to his office/desk to be shown the extras with particulars of adds I could request. This young man, Kaydon Lay, is well on his way and I have no doubt will one day be a "top Champion salesman" ~ I advised Kaydon to stay close to Dave Blanck, taking mental notes, allow him to mentor and ingest all the wisdom possible so that he will display traits that can only come with time, effort and rubbing elbows with the caliber of Dave Blanck. Kaydon shared that his long-range plan is to grow and continue with Champion of Avon. While waiting for the car, I was admiring another new floor model and salesman, Dujuan Jones introduced himself and provided his knowledgeable auto expertise. Dujuan has a winning personality and demeanor of helpful customer service and I know exactly who his provided card will be shared with for a future sale inquiry. There are larger new/used auto business dealerships, however, they are nothing in comparison to the "just right" size Champion of Avon provides ~ with personable customer service, a sense of "TEAM" exudes thru-out the dealership, from Chris McCall in Parts Department, Dave Blanck & his team in Sales, Jim Schrage & his very well trained Service Department, and Allison Catt, Service Business Development endearingly referred to as, "Allie Cat" by the Champion of Avon Team.

He was very reassuring about what was going on with my truck and made me feel good about his plan. Changing the fluid has helped so far. My drive into work I kept waiting for it to do it and it never did. If you could thank him for me again I would appreciate it! Also, I had an appointment on the 17th for this issue. I called yesterday, very concerned about the transmission and they got me in the same day. Said it might be a few days before they could "work" it in, but it was done the same day. Very thankful!! Oil change & rotated the tires. When I got home I checked all the lug nuts. GOOD thing I did . None of the lug nut where tight to specs. If i had not check lug nut, we would have lost a wheel and had a accident. Pee poor tech, performed that work.

I waited for two hours and twenty minutes for an oil change, oil filter change and tire rotation. The worst service experience I have ever had and over charged ten dollars on my bill. I will not return to this dealership again.

We have a great salesman, Kayden Lay help us through the entire process. He was very helpful and accommodating and we would go back to him again for any other car sales.

I was able to get an appointment at a convenient time and the service was performed promptly; my few questions were answered.

Paid thousands of dollars 💸 at time of purchase, for items to to added to my truck, and they call me to set an appointment two weeks later, then I take my truck in and they had no clue, and some items weren't there, and one that I paid $299.00 for a second key/phobia they can't do on a used vehicle, but I paid for it. Just a bunch of nonsense if you ask me, I am not a happy camper with them right now. But I do Love my truck.

I brought my vehicle in for warranty and service work, and upon returning home, I noticed an issue. Although I was not entirely certain that it occurred at the dealership, I contacted them to discuss the matter. They assured me they would take a look at it when I returned for the warranty repairs once the necessary parts had arrived. After dropping off the vehicle, I received a message later that day informing me that all work was complete and that my truck was ready for pickup. The dealership resolved the issue without requesting any additional payment, which is quite rare today. In my view, a company's response to unexpected problems truly demonstrates their commitment to customer service and ethical standards. I will continue to choose this business for future needs. Additionally, my service advisor, Luke, provided excellent communication throughout the process.

I made an appointment but it still took just over an hour and a half for an oil change. Also they did not wash my car like they normally do. The service person was polite but the time it took was frustrating

Well they delivered me a new car so that was good.

Had an appointment at 8:30, showed up 5 minutes early and got in my car at 11:03. An oil change should not take 2.5 hours to complete when you have an appointment. Very disappointed.

They identified the problem with the key fob and immediately programmed a new one. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

Our salesman was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about both models we looked at ...Trax and Equinox....answered all our questions. We had a lot of questions ...a lot...and he knew answer to every one. Very polite, professional and truly personable...not fake. When we were ready to go we were outside of building and I took a picture of my hubbie next to the car...it's our first purchase of a brand new car since we married 21 years ago-have always bought used....and he was inside and saw it and came out and offered to take a picture of both of us in front of it...Just a really nice and knowledgeable salesman...and no pressure!

Took little over an hour for oil change rotating tires checking the fluids. Although my appointment was at lunch time, 12:00, they got me in 20 minutes early. Still thought it could have been about 45 minutes. But maybe that's just me

Hailey Babb was very knowledgeable, detailed in explanations, and a pleasure to work with.

The service was long but ok on the replace of turbo. Good tendays Not happy about the extra parts that it took to replace turbo that was not covered under warranty. Still not happy about sliding rear window that was reported at 20,000 miles that it leaked and never repaired by champion. Service man Luke could not find in your records but Champion only place truck has ever been.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in 25 yrs!!!! Very poor communication, poor customer service & care. Popped my tire “getting it on the lift”, then replaced with a very poor quality tire, had to return & finally got corrected after customer demanded it be replaced. Went in for key fob issue & loose trim piece. 4hrs in waiting room because service kept saying “a little bit longer”. Took 4 days to get correct tire & bottom trim piece.

Walked in and told them tire pressure sensors acting up. One was bad. They took it back, changed out sensor, reset system and washed my car. In and out in about 1.5 hr. Boom 💥

Was told on the phone when I set the appointment up that you would honor the coupon of $149 for rear break changes. Take my car in the next Friday at my 9 am appointment. 5 hrs later at 2:30 and I still hadn’t heard anything. I call in and he suddenly says he will go and check. Calls me back 5 mins later and gives me an answer like it had been ready for a while. Says the breaks will be $610 and can’t honor the coupon. I was upset, but professional and said yes. I also said yes to $49 front wheel alignment. Calls me back later and says it is done but couldn’t do the wheel alignment bc that team had left for the day. Had it not taken 5 hrs to inspect, it probably would have been done. When I pick up my car, he says it will be $872. I was completely caught off guard. He said we “usually” quote pre-tax. I was already frustrated at the coupon and $610 that was quoted on the phone (actually was $710 - he misspoke), and now it’s $872 after everything has already been completed. I would have done the job myself had I been aware it was going to cost that much.

I had an oil change, tire rotation, a new filter and car wash. They were finished in half an hour.

All the associates were friendly and knowledgeable. The service I was having preformed went very well. The customer waiting area was sparse compared to other dealers I have been to. The restroom was small, waiting in line was common. As this dealership is close to home I will return.

The only Chevrolet Dealership that is reputable per word and in stock recall parts especially for a 2013 Malibu LTZ that not even other Dealerships had that was closer to my home. Super clean, professional and fast

Had a service done oil change and tire rotation, picked up the traverse and noticed Dents on the hood with greasy hand prints where the dents where. Looks like someone shut the hood and it didn't close all the way so they slammed there hands hard on the hood to get it to close. The bad thing about it no one said anything about it and was just gonna let it go. So now here is a 2025 Traverse with only 10000 miles on it and has dents on the hood. Have to take it back for someone to try and fix it. So be sure to give your vehicle a look over before you drive off with it.

She was not treated fairly, and she sat at the dealership for five hours before they told her it would be another 48 hours and they refused to give her a loaner car for something that was under warranty. I'm a little crestfallen. I purchased my last two vehicles from Champion outright (paid from the lot) over the last 8 years. Yesterday, I had my A/C blower relay replaced. I was charged $350. The part was $25 dollars. The labor was $325. It was 30 minutes from diagnostic to repair. In other words after hours of waiting to find out the service problem, the technician had replaced the part in less than 30 minutes. Of course, I looked up the pricing online. $325 appeared excessive for labor. Who can you trust anymore?

Dealership was great! Not happy with my 2026 Chevy Silverado 1500! Found out I reported several of the same issues with Champion Service Manager: Radio complications, electrical issues with the radio and tailgate mobility. Computer shows tailgate down on the screen while driving with the tailgate never being put down. The windows all went down on their own while I was inside my son's house. He informed me there is some program on the keypad that you do to roll down all the windows. "STUPID and unnecessary in my opinion. I was lucky it wasn't raining outside. Have no idea how this happened with the key in my pocket of my pants. The only good thing about this truck is the backup camera and the payload with towing my camper. Too much unnecessary devices on this truck. The service manager advised me several of the issues on this 2026 Truck he has heard and had issues on both the 2025 & 2026 Chevy 1500 Silverado's. If GM has known about these issues why didn't they correct them in 2025 for the 2026 models. Unacceptable for a major car company not to fix what they know is a problem for customers. I wish I never gave up my FORD TRUCK! I have no intensions of ever purchasing a Chevy truck again. I will go back to Ford when I need to purchase another truck. Very disappointed in GM

Scheduling online was easy. Kyle (check-in) and the fellow with whom I paid the invoice and got the keys were courteous and proficient. The work was completed in a timely manner, so dropping off and picking up were easy to accommodate in our day. The one thing that was an unpleasant surprise was that the final price was about $60 more than the estimate provided by the online booking site - no work was performed beyond the scope I’d requested when booking. I didn’t argue; but it is baffling.

I brought my vehicle in for a service bulletin repair and the person who checked me in told me after I signed the papers that there would be a $125 inspection fee. I told her I was not going to pay an inspection fee for a service bulletin repair that was obvious it was the exhaust pipe on my Traverse. Just another scam to try to take advantage of old people. I finally gave up on trying to get them to repair my sensors when it was under warranty the anti down hill sensor has only worked once since I’ve owned the vehicle. This service department needs some serious help.

Even encouraged my husband to stop in anytime & he would be happy to go over specific things as they crop up. He showed us around the dealership so we would be familiar when return for car service. Work appears to be going well no problems. Parts department failed to order two nuts required to complete the work so it took an extra day waiting on parts. Mechanic advise me to get a different tire than what the parts department ordered and I requested the different tires. My key FOB cover pealed off and the service department wanted $300 to replace it. I opted for a new shell from an online sale and moved the battery and circuit board to the new shell that worked perfectly for $10.

Brought truck in for check Engine Light being on. Talked with Sandra about appointment and got it set up. Have an extended warranty for the truck and she handled the whole process. Dropped truck off Sunday and got a call early Monday about problem. Parts were in stock and the truck was ready for pickup by the afternoon.

Fast service. Repairs completed as requested. When rotating tires, I always, always, when I get home, have to adjust the tire pressure to the correct pressure. Rears are supposed to be 35psi, one was 29, the other 31. Tire pressures are on the door. The techs need to look at every customer’s car door and give them the correct tire pressure. It’s easy. The customer in front of me stated their tires should be 35 and one was reading 37 with TPMS. Tire pressure is important.

Hand washed our Corvette did a fabulous job

I had both of my cars there that morning. My car was finished in good time however my wife’s car was next and it was there for three hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They did give us a discounted price but kind of screwed up my Wife’s plans!

While performing the oil change on my truck it was discovered that the threads on the oil pan had been stripped, presumably by the service provider that performed the prior oil change. I was informed that the threads could not be repaired and that the only remedy was to replace the oil pan at a cost of over $3,200, before tax. Luke, my service writer, offered that he could reduce the bill by $500. After paying for the completed repairs, totaling over $3,800, I was reviewing the invoice at home only to discover that the invoice did not reflect the $500 reduction offered by Luke. I’m very disappointed with that and hope that Champion Chevrolet will stand by their offer and reimburse me $500.

I made an appointment for an alignment. The dealership knew why I was there and were ready for me. Advisor said it would take about two hours. It took a little less. Very happy and pleased. As always I have found the dealership to be very good and reliable.
